ociosos; cesad de ser impuros; cesad de criticaros el uno al otro; cesad
de dormir más de lo necesario; acostaos temprano para que no os
fatiguéis; levantaos temprano para que vuestros cuerpos y vuestras
mentes sean vigorizados.
